Bonkai is being developed by an AI-focused Web3 Product Studio founded in early 2019. The team consists of 10 full-time contributors and has its headquarters in Dubai. The team brings broad experience in building successful NFT brands and DeFi products across various blockchain ecosystems, including , , , , and . Kawa is actively involved in all crucial decisions, ranging from product development to marketing, and he takes the lead in guiding the team.
As a crypto-native entrepreneur, Kawa has dedicated the past four years to building projects in the blockchain industry. Prior to Bonkai, he successfully built and expanded a web3 product studio that achieved a $50k MRR. Kawa has a keen interest in exploring and expanding his knowledge at the intersection of AI and blockchain, often immersing himself in reading about these subjects.
Lexie is responsible for leading the marketing & growth aspect of the project.
With a profound understanding of marketing, particularly in the web3 arena, Lexie brings valuable expertise to the table. Her previous experience includes constructing effective marketing campaigns for a web2 brand, driving a staggering 200% increase in user engagement on social media. She also possesses a unique talent for crafting engaging and humorous memes.
Alfred takes the lead in managing and nurturing the community, ensuring its continuous growth.
He possesses a deep curiosity for understanding the dynamics of communities. With his past experiences, he has successfully established communities for several NFT brands by increasing active community participation by as high as 300%. In his leisure time, he immerses himself in subjects like human psychology and behavioral science.

Saki leads the Art team and plays a pivotal role in guiding the creative vision of the project.
Her keen eye for detail and expertise in digital artistry elevate the visual appeal and allure of the brand. She is a true master when it comes to crafting stunning digital artwork, which is evident in her 1:1 NFT artworks. Saki's passion for anime-style art shines through in the captivating aesthetics of Bonkai's collection, adding an extra layer of beauty to the project.

Ronin holds the reins of our technical strategy and oversees our engineering team & department.
A true crypto-native degen and an unapologetic geek at heart, he brings a wealth of technical knowledge and experience to the table. His expertise lies in the intricate workings of Solana's infrastructure, enabling him to navigate its ecosystem with ease. Currently, he is immersed in the exciting realm where blockchains and AI intersect, constantly tinkering and exploring possibilities.
Levi is the Chief Operating Officer at Bonkai, overseeing all aspects of the business operations.
With a rich background as Operations Manager in the Asia Pacific region prior to joining Bonkai, Levi has honed her strategic and leadership skills. Her strong business acumen, combined with her dedication to achieving operational excellence, makes her a valuable asset to Bonkai's leadership team. Levi also showcases her creativity as a content creator during her free time.
